We have a complete product production line and strong production capacity, which gives us the confidence to undertake a large number of orders. The production area is more than 8,000 square meters and the office space is more than 1,000 square meters. Overall our capacity is 5,000,000 units per year.

First of all, we will have a corresponding first inspection after each process of mass production. And secondly, we will conduct random inspections during the production process. For the final product, we will do 100% comprehensive inspection according to customer requirements and international standards. We have passed HM, BSCI, SEDEX, TESCO, LOREAL, FSC ISO2000 and other factory audits successively.

Our company is certified by ISO, Sedex, WRAP, BSCI, GOTS, GRS and etc.

When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other terms. When producing in bulk, we usually require a 30% prepayment and pay the balance based on the bill of lading. Most of our payment methods are wire transfers, and of course, letters of credit are also acceptable.

The production of samples takes approximately 7-14 days.

It takes 5-7 days to ship via FedEx/DHL/UPS.

The production lead time for bulk orders will depend on the quantity, but usually takes around 30-60 days.

After you confirm the quantity and styles of the order, we will reply to you with the exact delivery time.

Shipment by sea takes approximately 30-50 days. 

We focus on OEM instead of wholesale. So the products shown on our website are mostly to demonstrate the materials, shapes, decorations, techniques, fabrics and styles we normally produce.

If you choose the fabric and color from Eminent Hats regular stock, the MOQ will be flexible and lead time will be shorter. If you choose the fabric from open market or choose to custom dye your fabric, please contact our sales representative about details.

We provide customized services according to customers' requirements, such as customizing the shapes, colors, decorations, logos, hatbands, labels & hang tags, etc. We can make hats and caps according to customers' drawings and samples.

Yes, you can choose metal logo or other material logo and fix it on the hat, or print the logo on the tip top of the crown, or print on the sweatband.

For the metal logo fixed on the hat, the molding cost is $100 for the first order only;

For the woven and care labels, the molding cost is $60 for the first order only;

For the printed logo on the tip top of the crown or on the sweatband, the molding cost is $60 per color for the first order only.

There will be no molding cost starting from the second order.

1pcs/1polybag, 12pcs/1polybag, 12pcs/24pcs into one carton, with cardboard inside for fixation. If you want a separate inner box for each hat, we also can do it.

Normally, we ship the goods to the customers by sea. But if the customer is in a hurry to receive the goods, we can also arrange air freight.
